    Hi ATBS Marketing,

    This can sometimes happen on an internal mail server. As a way to prevent this from happening, we require all new Act-On Accounts to complete a Whitelisting of Act-On Domains & IPs. Using this article, your IT Team should be able to whitelist the Domains and IPs moving forward in order to ensure that you are receiving email internally when sending from Act-On.

    Security systems or firewalls can sometimes block internal email sent from Act-On because it is seeing an email coming from your domain, however the internal mail server doesn't recognize the Act-On sending assets. Whitelisting should solve this issue in most cases.
