This week we will be introducing a new Help Center within the Act-On platform. The new embedded help will be found in the lower right corner of your view:
This will replace both the Help link in the left navigation as well as the notification bell icon system in the top bar.
Following this week's release, you should see the new Help in your account with the following features:
- Announcements: get relevant information on product updates and enhancements when you are ready to view them. A count your unread announcements will display over the collapsed Help button.
- Help Articles: Find and view documentation from Act-On Connect without leaving the app! Need more space? Simply pop-out the article into a new tab using the button to the right of the article name.
- Act-On Connect: Go directly to the support site to get further information from articles and the community or to submit a support case.
We will also be experimenting with in-app chat for select accounts, which will also be contained within the new Help Center.
