    Hi Robert,

Mary Anne is correct here! You can build out multiple segments for each possible submitted option within your Form. In your use-case, you would build a segment to identify anyone who has "Hip" in your Joint column, as well as a second segment for anyone who has "Shoulder" listed as their Joint value. Here is an example of the Hip segment:

Once both Segments are built out, they will automatically populate as folks submit your Form. You should see two segments below your submission list, similar to this:

Once the segments have been created, you can set these up as your Source Lists to your Automated Programs to send them their relevant emails on Hip or Shoulder information.

To Mary Anne's point, you can also utilize a single Automated Program with Dynamic Content blocks within each email. Either option will work for you!

Create a hip segment where the parameter for the segment is the joint field, and contains or is equal to hip, and then do the same for shoulder. Use those segments for the drip campaign. If there is a 3rd possibility for both, you may want a 3rd segment for those folks too.

You could also use dynamic content that pulls in one chunk of content if they answer hip vs shoulder vs both (if that is applicable) and do one single program, I think?

(that is assuming that the drips would have the same exact structure with only difference being content presented, otherwise you probably definitely want 3 separate programs)
