Open Numbers in reports

Sometimes recipients of the emails do not click on the message to open them. They read the message in the Outlook Preview window.

Does these count in the Opens number?

  Hi John,

  Email opens are recorded when an automatically included 1px by 1px image is downloaded from the server. 

  An Outlook user viewing in the preview pane would trigger an open unless they have the downloading of images disabled.
