I have been having problems accessing to the "website prospector" tab, when I click to check the traffic on my website a "loading, please wait" message appears and nothing happens, it keeps charging the site all the time. I can access all other options and tabs inside act-on software but not this one. I have tried from different computers, different internet connections, browsers and also through mobile, but always that same "loading" message appears. I have also cleanned cache, cookies, etc...
yesterday, i could access once from a private browser tab... but when after working in other areas of act-on and returned to the website prospector, it happened again the loading message, and nothing was shown.
this is the first time i have had this problem. any solution, please?
