Images Not Downloading in Test Email

I have never experienced this issue until today...

I sent a test email to my outlook and gmail accounts. Gmail works great. In outlook, the images won't download and it says "the linked image cannot be displayed. The image may have been moved, renamed or deleted." I didn't do any of those things.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?
