I would like to find out what the best way is for me to know which Act-On contacts are currently not in our CRM. We mostly use static emails lists that we receive from our team that come from different sources. We imported all the contacts from our Microsoft Dynamics CRM into Act-On, so we are connected right now. Is there a system maintenance program that I can set up to determine which contacts from Act-On are currently not in the CRM? If so, I assume we would need to connect this program to our static master list in Act-On?
