We have an Act-On Form submit that is routed to an e-mail for an employee that is no longer with us. The contact record in Salesforce is NOT owned by that employee. I was under the impression that it routes via the contact id so I wanted to see if you can tell me how this happened?
Form Info: Act-On Form Submit Alert (Form: LIB-W-FORM-EquityIQ-Re-Launch, Submitter: email@example.com)
It sent the form to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The "owned by the user" is checked but again, the e-mail address (Brian Burgan) is not active and/or the current owner.
Please let me know what else you might need.
