If I want to add new records to an existing list and delete some that are not valid anymore is the correct option to choose Import/export --> Append to this list -> Add new records, and update existing records?
For me it is not clear that if I have a list with 10 contacts and I append to that list by using an Excel file that has 15 names but our of these 15 contacts 8 are new ones and 7 are old i.e. already on the list. This would mean I have 3 contacts in the list that I would like to delete totally.
Would this "Add new records, and update existing records" actually delete those 3 contacts? If not what is the best option to delete those contacts or exclude them easily as I want to ensure they don't receive any further emails?
