I've just come onboard in my organization, and I need to create some campaigns from specific sets of previously sent emails so that I can run campaign reports and see how our targeting efforts have been received.
However, I need to be able to add those previously sent emails that the former employee developed and sent. When I go to add emails to my campaign, it only allows me to select from the emails that I have created. This doesn't help me, as I'm researching our previous success metrics.
How can I pull a report on specific emails that are generated/sent by multiple ActOn users on the account? If not by campaign, then how?
