On February 24, 2021 our public APIs will no longer support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. If you have an application which accesses the Act-On public APIs, ensure that it is using TLS 1.2.
What is changing?
Our API gateway provider is ending support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on February 23, 2021. The result of this change is that Act-On public APIs will no longer support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 requests.
What is the effect of the change?
Applications which are using TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 after February 23, 2021 will no longer be able to communicate with the Act-On public APIs.
