I have included a radial button within a form, but am not seeing the choice in the alert email.  How can I fix this issue?

    Any chance you can send me the form name and I will have a look for you?

    It might need to go to support but let me troubleshoot it for you

    Jeff Cole I took a peak into one your Sales forms and you can see for example that you have Value missing for DuPont and Steris. Might be the reason why you are seeing values in blank when you are getting alert?

     

    It might be something else but thought I let you know.

    Another tip here, tick a box - Clear defaults and you wont have KP selected, unless of course you do want it pre-selected.
