CRM Accounts marketing
Hi !
One of our prospects is using SugarCRM and manages their customers directly in Sugar's Accounts module (they're not using the Contacts module).
They're interested in leveraging Act-On to manage their forms, newsletters, onboarding programs, subscription management and to track website visits...
Act-On offers the possibility to sync accounts data back and forth with CRM, send emails to one account's primary email address, use the subscription management feature, segment accounts...
Before we promise too much to this prospects, is there any limitation in managing Accounts in Act-On as opposed to Contacts that we should be aware of ? Note that I'm not talking of ABM which serves as an umbrella for individual Contacts.
Thank you for your insights.
Best regards,
François

Hello François, you are right to check, as far as I know we natively ONLY integrated with Contacts and Leads objects/module and Accounts data usually get brought in via some other lists. So I want to say its probably better we take this and check with Pre sales engineer. Let me forward your question to him via email, I will cc you on it too.
