Does Safari block your form on an external website?

We have embedded a form onto our website. We have been getting reports from Safari Mobile app users that they don't see the form. We see it perfectly fine on our desktop browsers and the Chrome mobile app.

Is there something with Safari that we don't know about that we need to worry about? Is there a work around to make sure it is viewable on ALL browsers, mobile and desktop? Any help is greatly appreciated!
