We are excited to announce we have upgraded Act-On’s integration with GoToWebinar to use New Forms (otherwise known as Lab Forms).
What has changed with the upgrade?
What about my old webinars?
One important note - the upgrade will not impact any webinars with registrations in progress. The new forms option will be available for new webinars after the upgrade.
If you currently use Classic Forms for other Act-On Forms, be assured that your account will continue to use Classic Forms and your account will not be upgraded at this time.
I don't see the ability to select new forms, what do I do?
Please contact Act-On Support and log a request for the upgrade.
How can I provide feedback or suggest enhancements?
