SMS Opt-In block available for all customers in Forms composer

We enabled the SMS Opt-In block for all customers in the Forms composer. This allows all customers, not just those with the SMS Add-On feature, to collect SMS Opt-Ins. 

Because explicit opt-in are required before sending SMS messages, this allows customers to begin collecting opt-ins before activating the SMS message feature.

The SMS Opt-In block appears in the upper left set of drag-and-drop blocks in the Forms composer. 

You can customize the default Opt-In block text.
