Angry email recipient

A recent recipient of an email chose to hit reply and tell us of their intention to unsubscribe but didn't click unsubscribe on their own.

I'm new to Act-On.

Is there a way to click to remove a contact from getting email? I know there is on other platforms?

I've searched the Knowledge Base but must be asking the wrong question. Please help if you can.

  Hi Mark

  Many thanks for reaching out to us! 

  I can confirm this is indeed possible, we refer to this as the 'opt-out list'. Within the platform (Your Act-On account) you would open the mentioned list and add email addresses for contacts that wish to no longer be contacted, once added to the list the platform will prevent further emails being sent to them.
