Settings > Account page moved

We've removed the standalone "Settings > Account" page (visible only to admin users) and moved account details under the main user name menu:

Account Details now open in a modal:

In the coming weeks and months we'll be making UI/UX focused changes across the application. The next set of pages seeing updates include:
