    Many thanks for reaching out to our community!

    With regret, we did have an issue with connectivity to the system yesterday which I see is when you posted this however, this certainly does not account for problems over the last couple of months for you.

    The system shouldn't be logging you out of an active session, so I am keen to know further information in an attempt to isolate the cause. I have a couple of troubleshooting options we can try to solve this for you.  Are you happy with me directly reaching out via our support ticket system to work through this with you?
