Editing Company details of a Contact

is there a way to update a contacts company information?

whenever I run a lead report, I find some company descriptions are split/overlap into other columns, so all the data gets shifted and its time consuming cleaning it up.

appreciate if anyone has any solutions

    Hi Heena! Contacts can be edited by following the instructions outlined in this article:

    1. Navigate to Contacts > Marketing Lists
    2. Hover over the list or segment, click the green drop-down menu, and click Open
    3. Locate the record and click on it
    4. Click the Info tab
    5. Edit the respective fields
    6. Click Save Changes

    If I edit that contacts company description, will it automatically do the same for all the contacts with same company?
