SMS URL Shortener Feature Improvement

Our team has been hard at work making improvements to the SMS functionality based on your valuable feedback! We will be releasing next week a major improvement to the native SMS URL Shortener. 

What is changing?

The new URL shortener will create links using a 5 character domain name "act.ly" rather than your Custom Marketing Domain. 

How is it going to impact me?

Links created using the old version of the shortener that may be in drafts or scheduled messages are not going to be impacted. The change will only apply to newly created links.

When does it roll out to my account?

Release is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20th 2022.
