    Hello James, 

    Thanks for your post. 

    Once the contacts re-subscribed using a subscription form on an Act-on landing page, they are being sent a confirmation email that should have an opt-out link inserted into the CTA button, when the contact clicks, they will be taken to a page where they can manage their subscription. Looking at your subscription forms, it appears as your subscription forms don't have a confirmation email. I believe, that once you add a confirmation email to your forms your issue should be resolved.

    Hi James, you will need to go to your opt-out list and remove that person from the list. Then they will be able to receive your email communications again.

    Teresa and Marat, thanks for the replies.

    Marat, we use an automation process that was recommended by Act-on back when GDPR started. It sends the confirmation email, that currently goes to a branded thank you page.

    To clarify, if someone is opted out, they will have to go to their Subscriber Management page and uncheck the "Remove Me From All Future Communications" box?
