Website Prospector is an important tool that helps Act-On users respond quickly to relevant website visitors.  We're working on enhancements in this area starting with improved alerts.  We've been beta testing these changes and will be releasing them to all clients in the coming weeks.

The Website Prospector alerts come in 2 flavors:  An instant alert when a visit occurs, and a daily digest of all your relevant visitors.  We've improved the format for these alerts, adding more data such as the Lead Score for known visitors, a direct link to the Contact Report in Act-On, and a "View in CRM" button (for SalesForce now, others coming soon).
