Our built-in integration with Sugar CRM is being upgraded to be compatible with Sugar's latest supported API. We are expecting an early access release in the next few weeks. What is being changed?

The following changes are included with the upgrade

1. Ability to sync Opt-Out list with Sugar CRM from Data Management

2. Real time data updates from Act-On to Sugar from List Sync Settings
3. Account Lists data sync will not be supported
4. Legacy Sugar CRM application versions (6.x - 7.9.x) will no longer be supported by Act-On starting April 1st, 2023
