    Hi @Lorena Gessler

    This may be something that you'll need to reach out to Act-On's Technical support for.

    Here are some things you can check before reaching out to them though:

    1. Make sure that the Column you are capturing data in (especially with Email Address, First Name, and Last Name)​ are 'identified' as the correct column. Here is the University article on doing this. 

    2. Make sure that you don't have duplicate columns for the same field (like Email Address). 

    If you can provide further details, screenshots, etc. of what you are experiencing, I will be happy to help you further.

    Hi! I have been experiencing some issues with the forms.

    The thing is that I've created a form, sent the link to my contact list and when a download the submitted data some columns seems to be missing

    I'm not sure about the reason, because if I have put a name in the column when I was editing the form, the information submitted must apear musn't it? PLease, can you help me?
