We have Act-On and Dynamics CRM integrated and we like it for the most part. However, it would be nice if we could see the actual form submission information when clicking on a submitted form in a contacts Activity History. Currently you can just see a blank form, but you at least know which form was submitted, you just don't get the data in our CRM system. You would have to go into the Act-On system to find that data and our sales staff don't have access to those reports.
After further digging, I am updating my post. It looks like the 'old' classic form did put the information into the submitted form in the contacts Activity History, but the new form version does not retain the submitted information.

I submitted a support ticket for this as well. Hope they address it soon. In the meantime you can have Act-on send the root email to the appropriate people based on the states you assign to the sales users. Not as convenient but an alternative.
