Lab form embed issue

I have created a lab form to embed onto my website, followed all the instructions for domain etc, however when I try to use my embed code on my website - where the form should be just appears blank.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve?

    Hi Taylor,

    I have ran into this in the past. Sometimes the Wordpress theme you are using does not allow for custom JavaScript to be placed on that specific page.  I would start by investigating how to place JavaScript on the Wordpress theme that you are using.

    The issue that we had to figure out was the width. The form needs to be restricted to the maximum width of the the page where you are including it. Scrolling is another issue so the length and how to scroll is another consideration. Check both the form and the landing page widths. We embed all of the time, including in sidebars that are only about 300 pixels wide.  We use Cascade as our CMS.
