I have AdWords setup but it's not pulling in form submissions. Also, I want to see which campaigns and keywords led to a form submission. I also want to track by organic, email and social. How do I set this up?

There are a few ways to set this up:
- You can make query segments on your form submission lists for the keywords you want to track, as explained here. All the search data should feed in from AdWords automatically, but the main downside is that you'll have to create new segments to track different keywords.
- You can create a hidden field to capture each URL parameter that you'd like to track. So for instance if your ad will link to the page example.com/testform?campaign=PPC&kw=test&20search, you can add hidden fields for campaign and kw that will capture this data every time it is present in the URL. You can use Google's standard URL parameters and/or create custom ones. This won't work retroactively, but going forward all submissions will include campaign and keyword data for tracking.
- Combining options 1 and 2, you can create segments off of the _Form_URL field – this should include all URL parameters that were present when the form was submitted. You can query based on this field to find specific text, including campaigns, keywords, etc.
I hope one of these works for you! Let me know if anything doesn't make sense.------------------------------
