Salesforce Checkboxes
We have a custom checkbox on our Salesforce Accounts for those in our marketing list - which Salesforce sees as either True or False.
However, when I tried to create an account list in Act-On for those marked as true, it turns out that Act-On does not recognise either the true or false value - just leaving a blank.
Is there anything I can do to sort this?
Many thanks,

I suggest double checking the populated field value in Act-On for your segmentation.
Field free to Post screen shots and I’m happy to take a look.

Thanks for your help so far. I have tried segmenting with 1 and 0, but to no avail.
I have looked at checkboxes in Salesforce that pull through to Act-On at a contact level, and they are determined as either true or false. But for some reason, it doesn't seem to like this checkbox at an account level.
Many thanks,

Act-On definitely can read check box values. They typically come through as 1 and 0.

Act-On cannot sync account fields (from what I have been informed)

So Act-On manages by Contacts, as it's designed to target people.
You can't make a list of 'Accounts' because they are not people, however using SFDC, all Contacts are people that are associated to Accounts. As such, in your Contact sync, you will select the option to segment by 'CRM' as seen below:
Once you have done so, you can select whether to segment from Account or Opportunity data and then the appropriate field(s) and criteria as seen below:

We have the ABM module, but were told you cannot create lists based off account fields in Act-On. If this is not true, please show me how you add additional fields to sync to accounts in Act-On, and how list segmentation would work.
