Has anyone used Upsellit in conjunction with Act-On?

I've been informed that we will be using a SaaS called Upsellit to run a rewards campaign on our site, and a cart abandonment program. I have yet to speak with them, and I'm trying to get a handle on how the two systems will work together.

Anyone have any insight into the program and how the two systems can work together?
