I'm working on tightening up our integration between Act-On and Dynamics CRM and I'd like to get a sense for what other companies are doing to synchronize a GDPR opt-out flag between Act-On and your CRM system.
Do you push the opt-out flag into CRM?
Does CRM push an opt-out flag back to Act-On?
How do you keep everything in sync, especially if there are duplicate records in Act-On or CRM?
