If you have a good volume of transactional emails a dedicated IP is definitely the way to go! (Great suggestion @Rodrigo Fernandez)
Transactional emails can be difficult to deal with in general due to the requirements that can be placed on them (delivery of information with time limits, folder placement, etc.), but dedicated IPs help you establish a reputation as a sender of transactional material that helps that.
@Rodrigo Fernandez, Glad working with Kevin is going well for you, my team loves hearing that we are doing good work!

Thanks Rodrigo!
Your insights are greatly appreciated. Glad to hear it's working for you. We are currently on discussions with Act-On the commercials for the dedicated IP and the deliverability support.
Cheers!

Hey @Noe Marti,
We currently have three dedicated IPs that we leverage across our 5 brands. We also use Act-On as our main platform for transactional emails (migrated from Mandrill).
So far, I can tell you that we've had no issues with deliverability. However, one of the things we implemented earlier on was an email verification service (Neverbounce) to ensure that the emails were valid. This also helps protect the reputation of our IPs.
If your email volume is high and you are indeed concerned about deliverability, I would strongly recommend getting dedicated IPs as well as the Act-On deliverability support.

Hello Act-On community!
I am curious to see how you deal with these 2 different types of emails to ensure delivery, especially for transactional emails.
We are thinking of getting a dedicated IP to use just for our transactional emails (technical and security notices to customers, event confirmations, and reminders etc...).
Any tips on how to ensure deliverability for these types of emails would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Noe
