Checkboxes not showing on Google Chrome

  Curious - I would put in a ticket to Act-On. We use Chrome all the time and the checkbox is fine. Are customers seeing this or just you? One option always, is to clear your cache, including history. It will log you out of everything in Chrome.

  Yeah I tried clearing my cache and history and it did nothing. Everyone I've asked to look at the form on Chrome is seeing the same thing.
