deleting a list

Hi,
I'm tired of hovering over the delete button, so I'm looking for confirmation ...

I have a list (LIST B)  that is separate from my master list (LIST A), but not mutually exclusive. I would like to delete LIST B. If I do, will the overlapping records still remain in LIST A, or any other lists they may also be in? The warning says if I delete the list it will delete the underlying records.

    Hi @Anne Mullaney,

    If you delete a list (List B) the records are ONLY deleted from that specific list.

    In your example, deleting List B will NOT remove ANY records from List A.
