Form interaction/tracking (Hotjar)

I want to implement Hotjar Form analysis on an Act-On Labs Form. But i get the feedback that it is not working. Form implemented on an external webpage, so no Act-On landingpage.

Anybody got this working? Or got another tool which offers this functionality working?
