I have integrated a double opt-in Process to all our forms. act-on send the first e-mail to prospect, that he confirme the Opt-in.
In cases of E-mail adresses from web.de googlemail.com, gmx.de, the first email send, but after that it happens nothing.
According to statistics, the e-mail is sent. I believe that the email is classified as spam or similar.
The E-Mail Clients probably blocked emails from act-on respectivly from our sending E-Mail adresse (newsletter@diamant-software.de). Is there anything, that I could do better.
Are there any experience with it?

I had one case where I added a new sender email address to my act-on account and the support team suggested to verify that all steps in the url below had been implemented. This would be a first step to a better deliverability.
A second chapter you may want to look into is the email itself. Some recommandations had been discussed here, maybe this helps? See below forum thread.

Check if you have followed all technical steps for maximum deliverability:
- DKIM
- SPF
- Sender header
You can send a test e-mail to https://www.mail-tester.com/. Check the website how to do it. It will tell you spam result and also if the settings are setup correctly. We use GlockApps to check our mails on deliverability. Not that expensive, for 25 dollars you can spam test 100 emails. It gives you also feedback on the content of the email. To much images or text/image ratio is incorrect.
Become a member of the Email Geeks Slack group if you want to know more about email deliverability and want to have a group of specialists at hand if you ever have another question about your emails.
