I am looking for a scalable solution to amend bad data (such as improper formatting) within the Act-on platform. I'm anticipating that this data that is pulled in through personalization fields, such as the contacts name, can be appended to the proper text case by adding CSS properties to stationary uploads. However, I would like to find a more efficient and scalable option.

The answer will really depend on A) what type of 'bad data' you want to fix, and B) how the data gets to you. For example, if your contacts are filling out your Act-On Forms without capitalizing their names, you could add custom validation to the Form to require proper capitalization. Is that the situation you're dealing with, or is it something else?
