Is there a way to tell how many of your emails end up in a spam folder? In the bounce report, there is a soft bounce reason called 'spam-related' (see image). I assume that these are emails that bounced because they were flagged as spam, but are there other emails that get through and end up in a spam folder? If so, can we track these? My concern is really that emails are showing as delivered, but are not going to the inbox.
Thanks for any assistance with this.
Cheers,
Bethany

Hey Bethany,
You have stumbled upon the hardest question to answer in Email- What is your inbox rate?
The answer is complicated, and you are right that some emails that are 'delivered' are going to Spam, it is always a question of how many? I would highly suggest you take a look at the Email Deliverability E-Book I wrote, and specifically this chapter for this question: https://www.act-on.com/resources/deliverability-101-your-guide-to-inbox-placement/
For a quick answer, Inbox placement is hard to track, and depends on many factors and whom you are sending to. Someone like myself who lives and breathes this can guesstimate inbox fairly quickly and be accurate, but otherwise it takes either a comparison or a tool such as 250OK to estimate inbox placement.
I took a real quick peek at your account, and would say that most of your emails are primarily going through to the inbox, there was one that likely had some issues with placement. I'll have someone from my team take a quick look and reach out to you for a little more info.
