Hot Prospects in Salesforce

  ​In our organization the Hot Prospects doesn't seem to work at all. Shows empty. I don't why. Does anyone know solution for that?

  @Tami Nealy and @Minna Lyyra- make sure when you test you're also logging into Salesforce as one of your sales people. Hot Prospects only shows Leads/Contacts owned by the logged in user. For example, I don't see any Hot Prospects in my Salesforce because I don't own any contacts, but if I use the admin 'login as' feature and choose one of my sales reps, I can see their Hot Prospects.
