How are folks managing their pre-existing database in regards to GDPR compliance moving forward? Without knowing which email addresses may belong to an EU resident does it have to involve a new opt-in campaign for the entire database? We do not market to the EU but I know there are a handful of emails in our database that are probably for EU residents. I just don't know which ones they are... what is best practice in this regard?
