Act-On did a webinar on this about a month ago, but I thought I would ask about specific strategies and highlight a few of the tips we gave out!
Overview of the Back half of Q4-
- 20-40% increase in number of emails
- Lowest Open rates of the year
- Workers are distracted by home concerns and the Holiday season
Given those facts, there are a few suggestions we have
- Pause all onboarding of new clients from the week prior to Thanksgiving through the New Year (and maybe wait an extra week)
- Make your emails stand out~ Change up the normal and do spins on your normal emails. Don't be afraid to theme them.
- Pivot normal messaging to target Q4 goals and end of the year budgets. These are my thoughts, I
