Need some help importing HTML Code into a Landing Page

Anyone have a good resource that is an expert in HTML, CSS, etc? I am trying to mirror a client's webpages and having issues importing the code into the Landing Page Builder. I am pretty close but it is not displaying properly and I need some help.
