Updating Automated Program Emails - without stopping your program

Typically, to edit the message in an Automated Program (AP) - you have to navigate to the AP > Stop it > Edit it > Edit the messages > Save the AP > re-start it - all while hoping that no one in the program is in an active step (a non-wait step) or they get accidentally kicked from the program.

That is a serious hassle!

However, there IS a better way!

Navigate to Outbound > Other Messages > Triggered Messages > Programs (Tab) - from here you have a listing of all of the messages that are in an AP, grouped by the title of that AP.

Note: This also is a way and the place that houses the Form Confirmation messages and the messages for Webinars built in our Webinar integrations!!

Once you find the message you want to edit, simply hover over it and click on the little Edit icon that appears and BAM! You are in the message editor!

That's it - it really is THAT simple.
