If in the opens_report the column OS says it's GOOGLE IMAGE PROXY, then BROWSER is unknown and I am not able to check if the email was open through desktop or mobile tool. In the last campaign more than 35% of the contacts's systems (with opened emails) were described as Google Image Proxy.
Is there any way to know whether they used mobile or desktop?

Hi Bartek,
It's not possible to determine the users' devices/browsers for these cases. One reason that Google implemented their image proxy service was to make it more difficult for marketers to gather this information. If it's important to you that you get the device information for your contacts, you'll want to direct them to a landing page or form – that data can be captured there.
