I have an email list of 18,000. Do I need to break that up into smaller distributions to ensure I don't get flagged?

Hi Jess,
Whether your email gets flagged as spam depends on a wide range of factors. If you don't normally send to that amount of contacts, we recommend breaking that list down into smaller chunks to avoid any unwanted reputational damage. If you plan to send to this number of contacts regularly, we recommend sending an incrementally increasing volume until you reach that 18,000 contact volume.
In addition, if this is the first time you're sending to this list, we recommend conducting a list cleanse using a service such as Neverbounce to validate your list to avoid unwanted hard and soft bounce issues.
