User Group and User Community Meetings

Hi All, 

Is there a Boston or Northeast User Group?  I'd like to connect with others in my area to learn best practices and bounce some ideas around.

Is there a larger user community that meets (conference calls) more regularly? 

What is the best way to keep up with product updates and functionality?
