Gathering Competitor's Information

Hi! This is Michael Barnett with account 977. I'm going through our main contact lists we're sending emails to and I've pulled a list of our competitor's email addresses. Is there a way to find out more information about them in Act-On, such as full name, account number, address, etc. I know you can look up individual people and what actions they've had on the emails you've sent them, but wanted to see if there was another way or bulk way to gather more information in Act-On thru their email addresses.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out! As you've already noted, you can absolutely gather more information about your contacts in Act-On individually. However, you can also utilize Data Studio to export that data in bulk utilizing various fields such as Consolidated E-mail Address, Company, Full Name, Account Number, as well as a variety of fields on geographic information such as Zip Code, Territory, etc. 

    In order to pull this data, however, you will need to have filled out that information for your contacts in the Act-On platform. Otherwise, your Data Studio export will be unable to populated the desired fields. Once you have the report in hand, you can then filter by domains or the specific company you're looking for information about.
