Recently, we kicked off a new Act-On Customer Spotlight webinar series where customers take center stage to discuss real life use cases that demonstrate the power of leveraging marketing automation throughout the entire customer lifecycle. The first webinar in the series featured RLH Corporation and Whitney Swales, their VP of Guest Recognition/Loyalty and Marketing Promotions. We discussed how RLH is using Act-On to improve brand loyalty by creating exceptional customer experiences and how they deliver and scale automated welcome, loyalty, and transactional campaigns to individual guests at 1,000 properties across 8 unique brands. We were able to explore how RLH is leveraging Act-On for their B2B play (targeting their franchisees) as well as their B2C play (targeting hotel guests).
