deep-dive into the contact

Since we're using person accounts the account-centric integration to deep-dive into Act-on doesn't work for us, although the contact integration has enabled us to continue using Act-on with person accounts.

Being able to derive the Act-on conact id could allow Act-on marketing users to deep-dive into the Act-on contact from Salesforce, provide an Act-on contact URL could be externally derived. Is that possible?

    It sounds like you are looking to access the Act-On Contact report directly in Salesforce. Our integration supports this with the Sales Seat feature that extends our functionality directly in Salesforce. I'll reach out to you for further details on your use case.
