  • We initiated a reengagement campaign, recognizing that it is a good way to ensure we have a quality list of contacts. The name is almost misleading for us. Though we would love to have contacts confirm that they want continued interaction/information from us, we also want to purge bad contacts. Of the 175 contacts that have completed the process, only 6 have confirmed their continued interest. So, that is 6 contacts we can feel good about holding onto, and 169 contacts that will no longer hurt our stats and our reputation.
